On Easter Saturday Isle of Man Bank sponsored an Open Comp. The winner was Trevor Boyles from Ramsey with a 66 nett. Best Gross went to Godfrey Kelly with a 69
The Brian Black 4BBB was won by Andy Campbell and Jim Sharples with a tremendous 58 nett.
The Tom Somers medal was won by new member John Cassidy with a 64 nett off 6 handicap. Best gross went to Dave Mcguinness with a 67.
The Warren Cup was won by James Ferrier with a 70 nett and the Newcombe Cup was won by Finatan Suddards with a 70 nett.
The Deemster Cowley was won by man in form Daniel Bell, ace footballer, top greenkeeper and great golfer, with a 69 nett off 4 handicap.
